Who we are

Calmfill (the iOS app and calmfill.com) is provided by Chernenko Danylo Vitaliiovych, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine, Dnipro, Ukraine. Contact: support@calmfill.com. By using Calmfill you agree to these terms.

Apple’s licence agreement

The app is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to it; where they conflict, the EULA applies to the app licence.

Not financial advice

Calmfill is a journal and calculator. It shows what your own exported files say about your trades and the rules you set. It does not give investment, trading, tax or legal advice, signals or recommendations, and it does not predict results. You alone decide what to trade and bear the risk. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Calculations are estimates with a stated status

Results depend on the files you import and the plan you enter. Exports often lack open-trade equity, fees or a platform’s own figures, so each number is labelled observed, estimated or unknown. Estimated and unknown values can differ from what your platform or prop firm calculates. A rule shown as kept is not a guarantee that your firm sees it the same way. Always check your firm’s dashboard; its numbers are final.

Not affiliated with any prop firm

Calmfill is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any prop firm, broker, exchange or trading platform. Presets reflect firms’ published rules as of the date they were checked; firms change their rules, and you are responsible for keeping your plan current. Product and company names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Calmfill is free to download with an optional Pro subscription. All purchases go through Apple In-App Purchase, and Apple shows the price, period and any free trial before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before that. If you start a paid subscription during a free trial, the unused trial ends.

Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue them.

Your data and backups

Your journal is stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups and their passwords; we cannot recover lost data or passwords. You keep all rights to your content.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app or the site: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attacks on the site or its forms, no unlawful use.

Warranty and liability

Calmfill is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is error-free or fits a particular purpose, and we are not liable for trading losses, prop firm fees, failed evaluations or decisions made using the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Calmfill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version. Ukrainian law governs these terms, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
