Delete your data.

Calmfill has no accounts to close. Your journal lives on your iPhone, so most deletion happens there.

Delete all data in the app

Open Calmfill → Settings → Delete all data, then confirm twice. This permanently removes, from this iPhone:

  • every imported file and its rows, trades, accounts and balance snapshots;
  • your plan and rules, session reviews and notes;
  • voice notes (the audio files and their records);
  • app settings such as Face ID lock, appearance and the analytics choice.

It cannot be undone. Calmfill keeps its database and voice notes out of the iPhone’s iCloud backup, so no copy is left there.

What the button does not delete

  • Encrypted backups and CSV/JSON exports you saved yourself (Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, email). Delete those where you put them.
  • Your subscription. It belongs to your Apple ID — cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Purchase records kept by Apple and RevenueCat, which are tied to an anonymous ID and your Apple transactions.
  • Anonymous usage events already sent, if you had turned on Settings → Share anonymous usage. They carry no name or email; turning the switch off stops new ones.

If you already deleted the app

Deleting Calmfill from your iPhone deletes its database, voice notes and settings with it — iOS removes the app’s storage. There is nothing on our side to delete for your journal, because it never left your phone.

Left over may be: backups or exports you saved elsewhere, an active subscription (cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, even without the app), support emails you sent us, and your waitlist email if you joined.

Ask us to delete what we hold

Support emails and waitlist sign-ups: write to privacy@calmfill.com from the address you used, or use the form below. For purchase records, include the order ID from your Apple receipt so we can find them in RevenueCat. We answer within 30 days.

10–5,000 characters. Don’t paste account numbers, passwords or CSV files — describe the problem and we’ll ask for what we need.
